GEAR AND RULES
RULE STYLES - PLEASE READ
International Rules - NO knees - NO clinch - No catching kicks
Unified Rules - Knees are allowed, 3-5 clinch, can catch kicks
Modified Muay Thai - Clinch, sweeps, and knees. No Elbows
Boxing - Must wear shoes
Mandatory equipment:

16 oz gloves for adults and over 12 years old

Boxing Shoes (REQUIRED FOR BOXING... Cannot go barefoot)
